The welcome was excellent, as was the service. It's a shame we had to eat outside. The terrace needs a refresh; it's neglected and doesn't match the quality of the food served... a pity.

Lunch at Dimofski was excellent, and the setting was lovely. The service was impeccable, just a little slow between the starter and the main course. Admittedly, the restaurant was full, so it must have been a busy time for them. Overall, it's a fantastic place and I highly recommend it 🥰

It's an understated, sophisticated ambiance where you can truly enjoy your own space at your table. 🍽️ CULINARY DELIGHT: French cuisine at its finest! Even reading the menu is a pleasure: From farm-raised young pigeon to turbot with mousseline sauce, to delicate onglet on a perfect bed of sauce, everything is expertly prepared. The appetizers, such as the rather rare Pata Negra Bellota ham or seafood, are also excellent. 🤝 SERVICE: The waitresses are charming, friendly, and always attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You feel exceptionally well taken care of throughout the entire evening. 💶 PRICES: The à la carte prices are on the higher end, but there is also a set menu that caters to the entry-level segment (Michelin Bib Gourmand). The same applies to the wine list. In addition to fine wines, there are also entry-level options, as well as a fine Crémant or Chardonnay available by the glass. 💡 TIP: Take your time! Here you can relax and enjoy yourself, sampling an exceptional selection of à la carte dishes or choosing a fine set menu. ⭐ CONCLUSION: A thoroughly enjoyable evening with outstanding food and excellent wines.
