We ate at Pascal Paoli restaurant at the end of October, and despite the strong winds, the waiters remained cheerful and understanding. I had the Julia pizza, which was delicious. The veal sauté was cooked to perfection. The warm chestnut cake was divine. A must-try!

07/01/2026: Excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly! The food was very good, and the price was excellent.
19/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance during a stop in Corte. It was a very pleasant surprise! My duck breast was cooked over a wood fire. Everything was excellent, made with quality ingredients. The sausage (a Corsican product) served with a slice of bread, all grilled over a wood fire, was a real treat. The ravioli with porcini mushrooms, sauce, and foie gras was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
