We went to spend a few days in the city and were recommended, in fact led us directly, to this place. I'm not sure if it's a lunch place, but they made us a great cod and grilled chicken. The lady and the cat were very nice. We also tasted the cakes and they are good. It is a very homely place, simple, quiet and homely. Neighborhood establishment.

12/12/2024: ...as usual, the Flemish carbonade is super good...
10/12/2024: The staff are welcoming and helpful, a real positive point in this establishment. However, the beer offering leaves something to be desired. During my visit, no craft beer was offered on tap, and apart from a can of La Débaume, the choice remained very limited. The establishment seems to focus mainly on Belgian beers, but even these were not all available, which is unfortunate. There are too few beers from other countries, which takes away from the diversity and character of a true "academy". In a context where micro-breweries and craft beers are booming, this establishment seems to be lagging behind. Two beers mentioned on the menu were also unavailable, adding to my disappointment. The Beer Academy should seriously consider modernizing its menu and opening its horizons to meet the expectations of fans. An evolution is necessary so as not to sink into oblivion.

20/11/2024: Tout dépends de l'angle... Soit on souhaite un beau lieu avec un diner sous une véranda avec vue sur la tour Eiffel (qui clignote toutes les heures) avec un menu à un certain prix qui se veux bistronomique et alors c'est un bon endroit. Soit on cherche une belle cuisine avec un rapport qualité-prix satisfaisant et alors ce n'est pas parfait (entrée vegan quelconque, viande bien cuite avec des accompagnements standards, dessert en dessous de la norme). Ceci explique donc les différences d'appréciation. Vins satisfaisants. Par ailleurs, service aimable et rapide.
22/08/2024: Amazing staff and view. The food was very bad (except of the beef and fish)
