Living up to its reputation, this is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Montpellier. The cuisine is both surprising and perfectly conceived, each dish demonstrating great skill and genuine creativity. The wine pairing was exceptional, offering excellent value for money at this level of service. The atmosphere, both chic and relaxed, along with the thoughtful touches (it was our wedding anniversary), made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the veal dish. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert.
Impeccable service with lovely staff (thank you again to the waiter for the final tasting at the end of the meal).
A relaxed yet cozy atmosphere.
Finally, an affordable price (€55) for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

An exceptional experience at Pastis!
There were four of us who came to discover this iconic Montpellier restaurant, and… we weren't disappointed!
From the technique and precision to the carefully chosen ingredients, everything was remarkable, all accompanied by attentive and refined service (the aperitif cocktail was fantastic!).
As for the wine, Jean-Philippe offers a very extensive cellar, with precise advice and sublime food and wine pairings.
Thank you again for this wonderful evening! We look forward to returning!
