Good service. But under the heading of "bread dough," I was rather disappointed; not much choice of bread. More choice of snacks and cakes. There's plenty of space and Wi-Fi.

The bread wasn't exceptional and was just baked on site, but there was a good selection and the staff were excellent.

I would like to especially thank the team on Saturday morning, September 19th, around 9 am, as they welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism after our visit with many motorcycles that accompanied our son on his final journey ✌️🕊😥💔 Thank you

I come here often and I wanted to give a shout-out to Clément because he's very friendly, kind, and polite. A very good salesperson. Thank you to him for making our time enjoying a delicious pastry.

I'm sorry I had to remove a star because the servers are incredibly kind and welcoming, the pastries are delicious, and the decor is lovely. The reason I'm taking away a star is that no one dares to reprimand the inconsiderate people who think they can get away with anything... This is the second time I've been here, and both times I've encountered this woman on a video call with her daughter, with the volume at full blast. We could hear the entire conversation, and she was shouting. No one came to tell her to turn it down. We had to go outside to find some peace and quiet.

The breakfast menus are different from what's displayed on the door at the counter with the waitresses. Plus, it's around €5.70 for a tasteless Americano where you only get three sips, a small piece of bread cut the wrong way and toasted without being asked. The chocolate croissants are okay, but the cappuccino is equally tasteless. I wouldn't recommend it.

The young employee gave us a super friendly welcome this morning, the service was quick and, above all, cheerful. It was really pleasant.

I love Patapain! A loyal customer for three years now, I still enjoy coming here to work or simply to enjoy lunch or afternoon tea with friends. The menus, and especially the pizza menu, offer excellent value for money. They are generous portions, affordable, and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the ingredients. The pastries and viennoiseries are also very good and reasonably priced. They regularly have special offers, and I can rarely resist them! The staff is always welcoming, smiling, and helpful. A big thank you, by the way, to the young man who kindly helped me carry my box of pastries to my table when my hands were full. I recommend this place without hesitation!

Hello, I don't understand why the waitresses don't use tongs to serve the cakes. It's unhygienic to have fingerprints on the pastries (I've already mentioned this to the staff). Have a good day.
