Bobo Bakery has been a great finding in my trip to Albi. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The croissants are flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious. The fig bread is outstanding—full of flavor and perfect with breakfast or cheese. The pastries are all beautifully made, fresh, and taste amazing. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into everything they bake.

Finally, a bakery that makes its own pastries. Small place with a warm welcome.

I had the opportunity to sample this pastry chef's creations at a wedding held at Domaine d'En Naudet. We were delighted by the quality, both visually and in terms of taste, of the pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed them and highly recommend them!

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. This is by far the best bakery we've ever been to. The cakes (having tasted a few with immense pleasure) are excellent, perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and incredibly precise. A real favorite is the pistachio apricot 🥰🤤 The pastries are melt-in-your-mouth and crisp without being overcooked, very generous, and have a true taste of craftsmanship. The apple turnover is a delight, a benchmark. I'll certainly judge the rest in the future, but rest assured you are my go-to pastry shop, and my taste buds thank you for the explosion of pleasure. It's almost anecdotal and perhaps a bit cheeky to mention, but the prices are more than reasonable, especially for this quality and enjoyment.
