Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. The owner's service was very kind and efficient, the croissant is wonderful, as is the raspberry macaroni we had. The coffee was very good and the hot chocolate is spectacular. It's a privilege to have a place like this in such a small town. We will be back many times!

Clearly, he more than earned his qualification in pastry cream making and his doctorate in chocolates; in short, an excellent pastry chef and chocolatier. However, he only received a passing grade for shop layout and aesthetics and was soundly failed in the master's program for smile/friendliness.
