There is a brand new saleswoman, a pretty brunette and frankly what a pleasure to come and be greeted by such a lovely smile, a great takeover for this institution taken over by Sébastien, he knows very well how to choose his saleswomen.

The staff were very welcoming and professional, which was very pleasant. You can grab a seat, a coffee, a pastry, etc. The pastries are excellent and do justice to this long-established institution. The cakes are a bit less impressive, so the value for money isn't great. But the owner delivers the pastries late; it happened to us twice this week. So, sir, either open later or get up earlier...

A few hiccups upon reopening: no pastries when we opened in the morning, and still none at 8:30 the next day... we had to wait for a delivery... and the staff said, "There's nothing I can do about it." No judgment, it's a shame because the bread and pastries are excellent... but they need to review the timing and the service. A month later, the service is the same... it's disappointing.

The catering service and Mr. Jeanson are missing.

It's very pretty and pleasant. The staff are very kind and helpful. There's a good selection and the food is very good.

Make a detour to Jeanson; you'll be surprised in every sense of the word. From the originality and deliciousness of their cakes (for me, anyway), to their exceptional breads, such as their spent grain bread. Hurry, the chance to experience a variety of flavors won't last much longer.

A very beautiful pastry shop...with very good cakes.

I went on Saturday morning. I bought 3 small 3-chocolate cakes, a strawberry cake for 4 people, and 2 penguins. The latter were very dry...a little disappointed.
