All the bakery products are truly excellent: Swiss bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, they are the best in the region by far! Their baguettes are also excellent and very crispy.

This was our go-to boulangerie during our stay in Chablis. We looked forward to taking our morning walk over to say hello and to pick out some breakfast pastries, bread, sandwiches or quiche. Everything was delicious, especially my favorite Tigrès!

20/11/2025: Lovely hotel, very nice room, excellent bedding, very good service. Very good breakfast, very pleasant staff. We had dinner there the first night and it was very good. The other three nights we wanted to try other restaurants. A very pleasant stay. We will return.
16/11/2025: The pros: location, impeccable service, a very high-quality restaurant, a delicious breakfast, and everything is homemade. The size of the rooms, the bathtub. The friendliness of the staff. The cons: the rather soft bedding, the lack of soundproofing between the rooms and the hallway, resulting in early wake-up calls from other guests. The cleaning staff vacuuming at 9:30 am, which is a shame for sleeping in. Overall, a very good stay, I highly recommend it.
