We tried multiple bakeries in colmar. This was our favorite. Their pastries were consistently fresh. The croissant was perfect. Light flaky on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The apple pastry was so good.
They workers were super nice and helpful.
The sandwiches were just ok.
I am a regular at this bakery located near my home. Great advantage: it is open from 5 a.m.! I always have the same pain chocolat thing. It is good. As far as the service is concerned, I was greeted for a long time by two blonde ladies, one younger and one older, unfriendly (they made me understand that I don't mind paying by credit card for small amounts for example, no smile, they tell me speak as if I were disturbing)... But for some time now it has been a young dark-haired lady who has been serving me and this person is a real ray of sunshine!!! A smile, good humor, humor and kind little touches... a true professional and a beautiful person. Thank you. I start my day in a good mood thanks to you. Don't change anything, ma'am.
A bakery I've been going to since I was little and who has never disappointed me. As soon as I'm in Colmar, I go get my bread from him. He always offers quality products at very good prices. The staff is smiling and pleasant
Baking is a real profession that the finest chains cannot match. Thank you for reminding us of the taste of good things. You can also find good Easter chocolates there, the prices are very reasonable for the quality.
