Wonderful coffee shop and bakery in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. It also has a shop selling Provençal products. Highly recommended.

We know this establishment well. So we were looking forward to enjoying a galette des rois (king cake), as we do every year. The one served (plain) in the tea room was excellent. We bought a galette filled with frangipane, pistachio, and sour cherry for home. Unfortunately, this year, the galette was rather lacking in filling and its puff pastry was quite dry. This is unusual; perhaps it was the day before (it was a Monday)?

Absolutely excellent on puff pastries and therefore frangipane galettes, the best in Isle sur la Sorgue in my opinion.
