Pâtisserie Nicolas Bernardé sur La Garenne-Colombes

For the past two years that we've been at the GC, we've had the undisguised pleasure of tasting and offering the pastries made by Nicolas Bernardé. We receive nothing but compliments every time we bring his dessert. It's beautiful, it's delicious, it's executed with talent. A true team passionate about quality products—it's a joy to see, and to taste!

The quality is more than adequate, but it's a shame the service was cold. It's a pity they don't offer a chocolate sample after purchase and that the bag costs extra! This somewhat spoils the experience, considering the quality of the products.

We've been to the pastry shop a lot and have often been satisfied, however, we've noticed a decline in quality lately… The blueberry speculoos entremet, which tasted only of lemon (not listed in the ingredients), the marshmallow bears for Valentine's Day, which had a strange texture, and other small disappointments that mean we're coming less and less often…

Absolutely delicious cakes, moist and perfectly balanced. You can taste the work, the passion, and the quality of the ingredients. A real treat, I highly recommend them 🙌
