Flavors are clean and layered, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and classical technique. Portions are elegant, not generous, and prices reflect the reputation and execution—but you’re paying for consistency and precision, not volume. Presentation is impeccable, and the shop itself feels calm and well-curated. Service is professional and efficient, more boutique than casual. This is not an everyday stop, but an excellent choice for a special dessert, a gift, or when you want something that feels properly thought through and expertly made.

I don't want to penalize the establishment with a negative rating, so I'm giving it 5 stars, as we've always been very well received. However, on Monday evening, during a significant purchase, the saleswoman (perhaps a new employee?) was rather cold: she was unpolished and her attitude was clearly unfriendly, which made us feel uncomfortable. This in no way detracts from the quality of the products, which are delicious.
