Great restaurant! The atmosphere is fantastic, we had a great time. The tuna tataki is delicious. I highly recommend it. The cheesecake is very light and flavorful.

A neighborhood must-try! It's friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere, yet professional. And above all, they offer good food, delicious and beautifully presented bistro dishes, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices. What made the establishment so charming over 20 years ago remains, modernized just enough, with quality as a bonus. Be sure to make a reservation, though; it's a popular spot. In short, if you want to have a great time, head to Le Cardinal!

The sign outside advertises an air-conditioned room, but it's actually a portable air conditioner on a half-open door. The heat is unbearable. The service is disorganized, but the food is decent, with tempting desserts.

Looked for dinner on a sweltering day in the neighbourhood. Absolute gem, great food, great service! Highly recommend ceviche, tuna, beef tartar and the tart and a good price too!

Such value for money is unheard of in Paris… EVERYTHING is great! Affordable quality; under these circumstances, you can't be too demanding about the decor (it's a bit dated, but that's part of its charm). Nothing to complain about or add.

The food is excellent. However, on every visit, the owner systematically asks me if I have a reservation. When I haven't, he engages in a rather awkward and unpleasant conversation. Aside from that, he remains quite friendly and the quality of the food is consistently high.

15/08/2026: The cakes are good, but the cakes are old-fashioned, too sweet, and above all, very, very expensive; it must be the packaging that drives up the prices. The other caramels are good, and the citrus chocolate bars are good, but the chocolate itself isn't very refined. I made a detour two or three times to buy some, but I won't do it again. I might stop by, maybe, but that's all.

05/08/2026: We love this bistro! €35 for lunch and €50 for dinner (starter, main course, dessert) Refined, seasonal dishes, almost gourmet The tomato starter is delicious, the swordfish perfectly cooked, the crab roll light, and the rice pudding divine Good wine list with reasonable prices
23/07/2026: An excellent restaurant with fresh, high-quality cuisine and a wide variety of flavors. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They also have a very good wine selection that perfectly complements the food. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back.
