Excellent bakery with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes, salads, sandwiches, and quiches, all expertly cooked with high-quality ingredients! The pastries and viennoiseries are all equally incredible. Fast and very friendly service. A top-quality establishment (and perfect for a snack before or after a bike ride).

I've been going to this pastry shop in Vence for years for bread, pastries, and cakes, and I've never been disappointed. I always order my children's birthday cakes from them, and the raspberry tart is a huge hit! This time, we entrusted them with the entire buffet for our son's christening, and it was a resounding success! The salads were incredible, the tiered cake was as beautiful as it was delicious, and the mini crackers (whose recipe they created) were a resounding success. In addition to the quality, the prices are very reasonable for the service provided. They played a major role in making this luncheon a perfect occasion, and we are absolutely delighted. A huge thank you to the whole team and to Mr. Palanque for his kindness and helpfulness. I highly recommend them!

We've been here twice for breakfast and had such a great time, we even brought some sweets back to Italy. The pain swiss is delicious but quite heavy, so I'd recommend sharing it. The pain au chocolat and baguette are also excellent. They also make small pastries.

Having already tasted the excellent products of this pastry shop and having enjoyed a croquembouche for a birthday, I ordered a croquembouche for my own birthday; and quite simply, it was ex-tra-or-di-nar!!! The nougatine was succulent, the chocolate and vanilla choux pastries divine, all my guests showered me with compliments and asked me where I had ordered it. To our great delight, there was some left the next day, and we enjoyed it again 🤪🤪 Thank you for this magnificent croquembouche which was truly as beautiful as it was delicious 🙏🥰

We chose Palanque pastry shop for our wedding buffet and were delighted with our choice, thanks to their kindness, professionalism, and the quality of their service! Everything was fresh, delicious, and colorful. The tricycle added a touch of Italian dolce vita. It was perfect!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel, where we immediately felt at home thanks to the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. The establishment is warm and inviting, and the atmosphere is simply ideal for relaxing and fully enjoying your stay. Special mention goes to the restaurant: a true delight from start to finish! Bravo to the chef for his delicious, refined, and flavorful cuisine. Every meal was a pleasure. The breakfast also deserves special mention: generous, varied, and of high quality, with fresh products and a real attention to detail. Thank you again for your availability, your thoughtfulness, and your good humor. We leave with wonderful memories and only one desire: to return as soon as possible!
17/05/2026: A truly excellent stay at the Hotel La Vague in St-Paul. The welcome was warm and the staff attentive from beginning to end. Special mention for the breakfast, which was generous and of high quality. An address I wholeheartedly recommend; we will gladly return!

22/07/2026: Lovely Provençal fabrics, a variety of gift ideas. The pottery, however, really lacks color in my opinion.
