Patisserie Palanque sur Vence

I especially wanted to highlight two wonderful people: Cassandre and Coco. They're young, but remarkably professional and kind. Always smiling, welcoming, cheerful, and full of great advice, they're the kind of people who make any day more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Cassandre, who simply makes the best latte I've ever had. I'm a huge latte lover, and at 35, I've tasted a lot of them. Honestly, hers is the best one yet! Thank you both for your smiles, your kindness, and your energy. You truly deserve to be recognized. Don't change a thing, you're the best!

Excellent selection of breads, quiches, desserts and coffee. Still had a nice selection even later on a Saturday before closing. Friendly staff and prices were reasonable. Quality is fantastic, tasty and fresh. Definitely stop in for takeaway or to enjoy at the cafe.

We discovered it by chance at breakfast and we gladly returned... everything was delicious, from the pain au chocolat to the croissant... to the bisou, the sweet Vence cake... Everything was good and the ladies were very kind and truly friendly.

You can't go wrong: Palanque pastry shop is simply a Vence institution. For lunch, it's clearly the best snack spot in town, with an impressive selection: a variety of sandwiches, fresh salads, quiches, pizzas, and hot dishes… all at very reasonable prices. You'll always find something to satisfy your cravings, whatever your mood. And of course, it's impossible not to mention the famous Vençois cracker, a true local institution, a must for food lovers. Not forgetting the traditional baguette, which delights us every day with its quality and taste. A place you'll always return to with pleasure, whether for a quick lunch or a more leisurely treat. A sure bet!

An excellent address in Vence! Maison Palanque is a true institution that more than deserves its reputation. The shop is superb and immediately inviting, while the products are always fresh and of high quality. Whether it's sandwiches, daily specials, or pastries, everything is delicious, with a special mention for their famous craquelin, simply unmissable. The service is also impeccable, with a warm and smiling team. A bakery I recommend without hesitation!

The leek quiche pastry was slightly undercooked underneath and slightly burnt around the edges. The pain au chocolat was good overall, but not up to the standard of an artisanal bakery. I'm giving it 3 stars because, while not bad, this bakery can do better!
