A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional welcome! We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel, where we immediately felt at home thanks to the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. The establishment is warm and inviting, and the atmosphere is simply ideal for relaxing and fully enjoying your stay. Special mention goes to the restaurant: a true delight from start to finish! Bravo to the chef for his delicious, refined, and flavorful cuisine. Every meal was a pleasure. The breakfast also deserves special mention: generous, varied, and of high quality, with fresh products and a real attention to detail. Thank you again for your availability, your thoughtfulness, and your good humor. We leave with wonderful memories and only one desire: to return as soon as possible!

A truly excellent stay at the Hotel La Vague in St-Paul. The welcome was warm and the staff attentive from beginning to end. Special mention for the breakfast, which was generous and of high quality. An address I wholeheartedly recommend; we will gladly return!

We discovered this place, and the staff, the meal, the price—everything was exceptional. €35 for a starter, main course, and dessert of such high quality—hats off! The staff is kind and very welcoming. The place is simply magnificent. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

This hotel is simply magnificent, a very pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing place. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring—we loved it! We had a great chat with the restaurant manager, who is super nice and attentive, and the gentleman at reception was also fantastic. We've come several times and are never disappointed or tired of it. It's very pleasant and nestled in a quiet location. We had to leave very early this morning at 5 a.m. due to an emergency, and we apologize. We would have loved to stay longer for a very generous breakfast and barbecue. The team is top-notch; don't change a thing! We will be back. Thank you all for your hospitality.

26/05/2026: It was packed by the locals, so this place caught my curiosity. The service is rather slow because they were really busy, so I recommend going there before its peak lunch time. Around 1:30PM, it was starting to slow down. I had shrimp avocado salad with fries, and they were good. Not pretentious and affordable- I recommend it!

17/04/2026: We ate at Le Colombier restaurant, located on Place du Peyra in old Vence. The restaurant has a large terrace overlooking the square and is housed in a historic building with exposed stone walls. Inside, the atmosphere is quite intimate with only a few tables. The menu offers a wide selection and highlights homemade, market-fresh cuisine. It features several fish dishes, such as sea bream ceviche or fish stew, bouillabaisse-style, alongside various meat dishes. Daily specials on the chalkboard complete the offerings. We ultimately chose the ribeye steak, served with fries and salad. The presentation was simple, and the ingredients were fresh. The welcome was friendly, and the service was professional and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant for a pleasant and peaceful meal in the heart of the historic city.
