I went to the bakery. I've been a customer for 10 years. I gave them a 10 euro note. The owner gave me a 5 euro note, which was partially torn. The next day I went back and gave them my 5 euro note, and this time the cashier told me, "We don't take torn bills." This is the second time I've had a problem with change. The last time, they gave me 10 euros in change when I'd paid 20 euros! And when I pointed it out to the cashier, who had already put the bill away, she insisted it wasn't true!
