We ordered hot chocolate with homemade whipped cream and a coffee with homemade whipped cream. The experience was exceptional! The homemade whipped cream is the best we've ever tasted! We highly recommend it!

Passing through Briançon, I stumbled upon this pastry shop thanks to a sign advertising gluten-free cakes… what a lovely surprise! 🥰 The pastries are not only gluten-free, but also delicious (the hazelnut one in the photo is a real treat). I'm so glad to see that pastry shops are starting to offer gluten-free options; it's so wonderful. Special mention also goes to the mint tea, which was excellent, as well as the cappuccino. An address I'll definitely remember!

We stopped by for a coffee and a hot chocolate, and they were excellent! I'm taking off one star because, unfortunately, card payments are only accepted for purchases over €10, which encourages you to order more or buy pastries…

The people at Pâtisserie Turin are incredibly kind. They welcome you with a smile, making you feel welcome right away, and during this challenging time for me... they've been truly supportive. We were struggling to find a place for coffee and randomly stumbled upon Café Caribe — turns out we got lucky. The hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever had, the perfect indulgence after a long day in the snow. We will be back!

14/02/2026: We have been comming several years now since -19, friendly staff and a cosy atmosfere and The food quality has been super. This year we think that quality was really low this year. We had raclette and got a platter with iceberg lettuce with a sad dressing on it, 3 pieces of ham and 3 pieces of coppa and no cornichons and we acually finnished the cheese this year, this was the first time but the cheese piece was quite small Big difference over the years, we hope you can find back to the quality you once had
