I wasn't familiar with this pastry shop, not being from Épernay. It was a magnificent taste experience, surely the best pastry shop in the Champagne-Ardenne region (having traveled extensively). We had eight different cakes; we embarked on eight culinary journeys of excellence. Bravo to the team!

First visit yesterday to buy a large Paris-Brest, which I enjoyed this afternoon. It was a delight; everything was perfect: just the right amount of sweetness, delicious choux pastry, and the cream was wonderful in both taste and texture!
Moreover, and this is no small thing, I was greeted and served by a very friendly saleswoman! Perfect.

For lovers of pastries and viennoiseries, this is the ideal place in Épernay. A wide selection of beautiful and delicious cakes, and their pastries are to die for... I recommend the pain d'Épernay (pastries), a wonderful discovery.

Excellent pastries. But a major drawback regarding hygiene: all the staff serve by touching directly with their hands without using tongs. This is disconcerting coming from an establishment that claims to be renowned and elegant. Please use tongs. It will never be too much.

A choice we don't regret!
Thank you so much, a magnificent wedding cake for our wedding on September 13, 2025. It was a work of art, as beautiful as it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it.
We chose the champagne theme with Grand Marnier puffs. Bravo, Mr. Dallet, I highly recommend it!
