While passing through the region, I stopped at this bakery and what was my surprise!! A wide choice of pastries. Each one more beautiful than the other and above all the taste and quality are there. Finally a bakery with generous quantities, by far the best Paris Brest I have eaten. I will come back immediately on my next visit to the region. Keep it up !

One of this very sweet small and beautyfull french pastry patisseries you see sometimes in the TV travel documentarys 🍰🎂🍬🍮🧁🥧🍧 Everything displayed in the window looks exactly how it tasts. Just delicious! 🫶🏻🍰🫶🏻 We had a choice of small beautyfull delicious tartlets which perfectly goes with a Glas of champagne 🥂🥂🥂 and a piece of this yummy strawberry🍓🍓🍓 Champagné cream cake. it was the best in my live 😍😘😍

Maison Dallet is an institution in Épernay! The chocolates, cakes, pastries, ice creams, everything is exceptional. We have been customers for over 10 years, we have never been disappointed. The cake for our wedding was superb and delicious. The service is impeccable!! Bravo for this constant work.

The best chocolates in the city at a reasonable price compared to the quality offered. The patisserie and vienoiserie were equally excellent - and all combined with nice, personal service.

Excellent chocolates, especially the ones with roasted sesame ❤️! The pain au gianduja/with nougat instead of chocolate was also simply delicious!

Very good cakes but unfortunately the coulis supplied with the red fruit charlotte was very liquid with a taste of turned strawberries. I think it was an accident but a shame (as recommended transport of the cakes in a cooler so no heat problem during transportation)

08/07/2025: Great delicious refined food, fast and friendly service, overall very good experience. If there’s one thing that could be better, the only thing we could think of was the bread which was not completely on point. But the rest was really great! Can absolutely recommend this place!
06/07/2025: Lovely restaurant! We went here with both my and my husbands families just before our wedding, there were 10 of us with some rather picky eaters but everyone loved the food! Great options, great value for money, delicious food, the atmosphere in the underground cellar was great and nice and cool on a very hot summers day. The staff were lovely. Definitely would recommend
