Every year I'm stuck for 2 hours while my car is serviced in the dealership next door. To be clear in August 2022 and August 2023, the disaster: unfriendly staff and dirty room (even at 9 a.m.!). This year, August 2024, miracle: the room is clean and the staff who have changed are very friendly! A little advice for the owner: install a screen with the price of the menus that scrolls, this will prevent the staff from having to re-explain the content and price of the menus each time (= customer served + quickly = staff + efficient = + turnover) .

When I swipe my loyalty card, the system crashes. Impossible for the waitress to give me my points. We came here precisely to accumulate points and benefit from them in order to have a discount. The waitress took my phone number and had to speak to the owner to explore the possibility of a commercial attitude. We passed Friday August 9 and on the 12th, I have no news. Not commercial at all!

We went to the store and contrary to previous reviews we had two very friendly salespeople who even chatted with us. Relatively good food.

Today I stopped by to have coffees with macarons as usual and I ordered a vanilla macaron a pistachio macaron a hazelnut coffee and two long coffees the saleswoman asked me to pay 16 euros I paid in cash she didn't give me the receipt and then she served us the macaroons with only two coffees and when I went to chat with her the lady was at the end of her nerves and she spoke badly with us a customer wrote me a note to tell me that she did the same thing for herself too finally she served us the 3rd coffee we were disgusted

09/09/2024: Very good time spent in this restaurant, it was the first time for me, a beautiful sober and very clean decor with a relaxing and warm atmosphere, the cocktail at the top as well as a good burger well served 😋 A Server who has a smile all the time is very pleasant! 👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks to the whole team, keep it up 😁 See you soon
08/09/2024: Very good time, in a pleasant place and attentive staff. The dishes are delicious and copious, prepared quickly and homemade, hence a bit of a wait but it’s reasonable I recommend ++++
