Today, Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 10:58 AM, my daughter and I went to Paul. A kind salesman from Réunion (I think) served us very well and with a smile (I don't know his name, but he'll recognize himself). In contrast, another saleswoman, with a short, orange-red haircut, glasses, and a certain age, spoke very rudely to her colleagues, and in front of the customers. She literally treated them like dogs (three different saleswomen in two minutes). For my daughter and me, this is unacceptable, so we spoke to the gentleman from Réunion about what had just happened. After that, we went towards the exit, and this saleswoman with glasses asked us if there was a problem. We told her yes, and that it was unacceptable to speak to her colleagues like that. Obviously, she didn't admit it, but said it was "just her way of speaking." I think she needs to work on her manners so she can speak properly to her colleagues and not humiliate them in front of customers like that. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was the last straw, especially since we've been to the Paul bakery in Chambray-lès-Tours several times and this woman is always so rude. Anyway, otherwise, it's a very good bakery, and the owner and Maëva, the saleswoman, are very kind. Keep up the good work, team; you don't deserve to be treated like that.

Hello, I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but when you have such a perfect seller, it has to be said. I think he'll recognize himself (I don't know his name). The seller from Reunion Island was a joy, smiling, warm, and radiant. A big thank you to this man who made my day sunny and my stomach full.

The welcome was fine, the service was excellent, but the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired: the table wasn't cleaned, and the bench was very dirty. It's important to point out the lack of cleanliness in this type of establishment.

Excellent bakery, offering both sweet and savory treats, as well as hot and cold drinks. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and attentiveness to their customers 👌 The Grainé chicken sandwich and the Chaud sausage are truly delicious, a must-try 😋 I highly recommend this place ❤️

The waiter today around 4pm was fantastic, a real sweetheart, thank you so much, we ate very well!!
