Hello, I arrived feeling very worried because I'd forgotten to order the brownie for the party the next day. The team didn't leave me without a solution and responded with incredible kindness. Their smiles and friendliness reassured me. And I'm not just talking about the amazing saleswomen, but also the baker/pastry chef who made my request possible. I left with my tray of brownies. Thank you sincerely for allowing me to bring the brownie to the party. And I promise, I won't do it again; I'll order 48 hours in advance. A thousand thanks.

I bought some raisin bread, no problem with the quality... but I didn't really appreciate the follow-up to buy something else...

I'm a regular customer at your bakery. The bread selection is more than adequate for me. The pastries are good, but not exceptional. What I appreciate most about this place is the warm welcome and the quality of service. This week, Vincent served me every time I came in. He's a true professional; he's charming, always smiling, attentive, and he shares the day's specials with every customer. He's truly excellent in the business. However, I must also acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of the rest of the team. The strength of any business now lies in its welcoming atmosphere, courtesy, and friendly smile. For me, this aspect of business is paramount, and I find it here. Keep up the good work and be rewarded for it!

Clafoutis that were undercooked, or even raw. Poorly assembled. Very rarely successful. The recipe seems to be the problem. Only successful products should be presented and sold at full price. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, and the other products are decent.
