PAUL GERMAIN sur Brest

What a wonderful evening I and my 4 friends spent Friday evening at the Paul Germain restaurant! What a great discovery this restaurant that we didn't know existed. No false notes, everything was perfect from the reception until the moment we left, it was after midnight. We were kindly made to understand that the restaurant was going to close but without the feeling of being rushed towards the exit. The boss is very nice with a good sense of humor which made us laugh a lot. His cuisine is delicious, as are the wines. And, at Paul Germain, they don't serve you portions of canary! The dishes are very generous and so good that the plates left empty. The fish was delicious with perfectly mastered cooking, no doubt about the freshness of the product which must have been purchased the same day from the fishmonger. The setting is magnificent, cozy, it's clean and the restaurant is not noisy which is really appreciated. The layout of the restaurant had to be optimized to provide an atmosphere of serenity. We feel that there is craftsmanship and experience because everything is mastered so that the customer feels good and leaves satisfied. We will come back because this restaurant is a must in the Brest landscape, to try at least once. The 5 stars join the string of previous reviews

A great experience, a setting and an atmosphere that makes us feel "at home". A top chef, who masters his products and knows how to highlight each of the flavors of the dishes. Also Florent's oratorical talents worthy of the courses. In short, I can only highly recommend this address and I will return with pleasure!

Great experience at the Paul Germain restaurant 🤩 Thank you! We had dinner there on Sunday evening. Warm welcome and personalized presentation of dishes... Cuisine based on fresh produce, prepared with care and heart. Generous plates, excellent value for money. We left with our remaining excellent rougail in a “doggy-bag”. On the boss's advice, we made it into an omelette. A treat! Go there with your eyes closed, we will return quickly when we pass through Brest!

Nous avons déjeuné ce vendredi et avons apprécié nos plats, le merlu et le dindonneau aux haricots coco. Les 2 plats étaient très bons, copieux et sont restés chauds. C' était très agréable. Merci

Suite au avis d ici, nous avons sauté le pas et réservé. Très adaptable pour les enfants d'une part ( n oblige pas de commande pour les petits, ils peuvent picorer dans les assiettes des grands ) J'ai eu la possibilité de faire un doggy bag car appétit de moineau. Quand a la cuisine, incroyable !!!!! C est fin, c est joli, ca a du goût. Mention spéciale pour le rougail saucisses ! Le seul plat qui était moins bien par rapport au autres serait le camembert rôti qui n'en était pas. Le reste était magique. Pour finir, merci de votre accueil et votre gentillesse.
