A fantastic find! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you really feel at home. The staff is friendly, smiling, and very attentive, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was a real treat! The dishes were generous, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. Honestly, it was delicious; it's hard to find a single negative point. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

I discovered Paul Germain when a friend invited me. The food is refined and delicious. And the decor? It's fantastic. I really love the unique atmosphere of this restaurant and the warm welcome from our host. I highly recommend it and will definitely invite my friend. Thank you, Samuel.

We stumbled upon this place and are so glad we did!
The daily specials are excellent (special mention to the Rougail Saucisse and the flan with its almost melt-in-your-mouth texture!), the decor in the back room is unique, and the owner is very friendly!
