A lovely little stop: we had a classic hot chocolate, absolutely delicious, and a chocolate waffle. The waitress even brought a pitcher of chocolate to drizzle over the waffles – a very thoughtful touch! The welcome is warm and friendly, and the place is clean and pleasant. We highly recommend this café!
I don't understand the last two negative reviews, as we've known this café for years, both before and after the change in management. The atmosphere and setting are very pleasant, and it's very conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from the market. The service is quick. The coffee and loose-leaf tea are of excellent quality. The hot chocolate, in particular, is so decadent that my spoon doesn't leave my cup until the rim is licked clean. We've switched from small to medium or large chocolates. The best hot chocolate in Royan. Thank you to the team!
