This is THE place for everything salmon-related. The selection is incredible: smoked, marinated, thinly sliced, or in steaks—there's something for every taste and every occasion. But what really won me over was their tarama. Absolutely divine on crispy toast; it's the kind of thing you can't live without once you've tried it. And to top it all off, the staff are simply amazing. Smiling and helpful, they take the time to advise and explain the products, and you can really tell they know and love what they sell. You feel welcomed, not just served. In short, a place I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the whole team, especially Mia and Karloche from the Talensac market!

I discovered them at the Talansac Market and what a pleasant surprise! Their fragrant smoked salmon is fantastic, and the variety of flavors is very appealing. Their sushi is a must-try at the market. The welcome is always warm, a real pleasure every time!

Living in Couëron, there aren't many sushi restaurants around here. I stumbled upon yours by chance, what a find! The salmon is really fresh, but the portions are small and the rice isn't the best I've ever had. A little disappointed, but I'll go back because so far I haven't found anything better.
