The creamy scallops with their vegetable tatin were remarkable, perfectly combining sweetness, indulgence, and a balance of flavors. The vol-au-vent with sweetbreads was a truly sublime moment: generous, meltingly tender, and executed with impeccable culinary skill. The fresh and carefully selected cheese provided an ideal transition before the final touch. The exquisitely fresh dessert brought this festive meal to a light and refined close, leaving a feeling of pure bliss. Nice atmosphere with lovely decor. The service is really top-notch; the waiter is very polite, attentive, and friendly. We also had a waitress who was also very nice. The food is absolutely delicious; the chef is a true master of his craft. The dishes are very modern, and the tableware is also modern.
