Hello,
I've been a regular at this restaurant for several years, but unfortunately, the quality has been steadily declining. The service has become unfriendly; it's not entirely the fault of the waiters, but probably a lack of training.
The quality of the food served has also decreased. It's a real shame, because it used to be a very nice restaurant. Personally, I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

The food was excellent, no complaints there. We were served by Keren, who is very kind and pleasant.
However, the rest of the staff were absolutely awful, incredibly unpleasant. I've never seen anything like it. It's as if they're forced to come to work. Even saying hello is complicated; a smile is complicated, everything is complicated.
P.S.: One of the women, a short woman with glasses, spoke in Portuguese, as if we couldn't understand each other. I gathered she was annoyed because we left with a doggy bag. Yes, I speak Portuguese!

Excellent restaurant, the portions are enormous, but above all, the quality is superb. The meat is a real treat, the homemade fries are fantastic, and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.
