Perfect hospitality, authentic Italian cuisine at its best, located in the heart of Invalides. This is the 5th time we enjoy this restaurant and we keep coming back for the perfect atmosphere, the welcoming hospitality, the finest Italian cuisine, the extensive wine list , the most competent and charming sommelier . Quite a unique place in the current Parisian Italian cuisine scene. A must visit

I've been to Penati al Baretto several times since May 2026. The beautiful dining room is open during the warmer months, facing the Dôme des Invalides, which is beautifully illuminated at night – a sight well worth seeing. The food is lovely Italian cuisine: creative, refined, and superbly executed, with truly top-notch service. The wine and spirits selection is magnificent, with a sommelier on hand. One small drawback: the portion of Spaghetti alle vongole seemed a little small to my partner, who had ordered it as a main course. Perhaps it was because it was so delicious! Parking is fairly easy, and there's valet service.

17/07/2026: We visited as a group of 15, and the staff welcomed us warmly, quickly arranged a table inside, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and great value, and everything came out exactly as expected. A beautiful spot right next to the Eiffel Tower!
