(The wait between courses was too long due to one of the two servers "abandoning" the service. We only realized what was happening and why there was such a long delay a little too late.)

Review February 2026: A year without being able to visit: it's sadly closed on Sundays, but fortunately, on Saturday lunchtimes you can enjoy the evening menu.
I was able to rediscover the excellent Table de Caychac, with Yann still at the helm.
I thoroughly enjoyed the slow-cooked veal rump with a delicate ratte du Touquet potato mousseline... which paired beautifully with parsley-seasoned oyster mushrooms and waffle fries, all topped with a delicate black garlic sauce.
On the palate: a magnificent marriage of flavors.
Once again, my taste buds are delighted.

Review March 2025: We always return with pleasure to this excellent Table de Caychac, which never fails to surprise our senses. Starter: Camembert, walnut, and honey shortbread tart: as delicious as it was surprising.
Main course: Roasted duck breast stuffed with foie gras, served with port and foie gras sauce, butternut squash mousseline, and baby vegetables: a flavor combination that completely reinvents the traditional pairing of duck breast and foie gras.
Dessert: Grand Marnier frozen soufflé, wonderfully smooth and creamy.
One minor drawback: the service was slower than usual. Was this the price of success because the restaurant was full? Or was the waiter less efficient (and less refined than previous ones)?
But a huge thank you to Yann, the Chef, for this wonderful experience.
2024 Review: Truly captivated by this cuisine which, built on a foundation of masterful classic techniques, combines a successful marriage of flavors.
From starter to dessert, a complete sensory experience.
Who would have thought to combine chocolate and olives?
A truly delightful gastronomic moment.

A lovely table to share with family or friends. The dishes are delicious, the service is quick and pleasant, and the setting is "magnificent," according to my son who was captivated by the blue ceiling!

Disappointed since my last visit. The food is good, however, a pint is €11... and especially the chocolate, ice cream, and yogurt dessert, advertised at the start of service, was served without the ice cream and without any explanation. I had to point it out to the waiter who, after checking, told me they were out of stock... so if I don't mention it, I pay full price for a dessert that's missing part of it, and of course, no compensation... it's a bit much...

We've been coming to La Table de Caychac for several years now... And each time it's a pure pleasure to savor/discover the menus they offer. Original menus, always excellent (that's an understatement), beautiful, delicious... Yann Serra has managed to delight us even with foods we don't usually like. If you've never been, treat yourself by simply making a reservation.

A truly wonderful surprise! We absolutely loved it! The food was bursting with flavor, using fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere convivial, and you could taste the genuine passion behind every dish!
A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team: this is a place we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!
