What an exceptional surprise. Discretion, elegance in every way. A traditional, sophisticated cuisine, each taste is in harmony. The effects explode in the mouth, from surprise to surprise. Good morning, Better late than never!! I'm writing this review very late, it's true, but the evening of May 18th for my son's birthday and mine, what can I say, AT THE TOP. Several months of preparation, demands but nothing scares him. Everything was delicious, succulent, refined and in perfect timing. I don't have any advice to give, but frankly, for a successful evening, IT IS ESSENTIAL. For the next ones, Joanes' 20th birthday in 2026, my mother's 80th birthday in the same year, no need to look!! Don't change anything, YOU ARE ON TOP.

The daily menu with a reasonable price was an excellent discovery! The service was equally impeccable! Fortunately, the Arc and this restaurant stand out from the town of Saintes, which we do not recommend visiting.
