We've been to this restaurant very often and have always been satisfied with the quality/price ratio. The food feels authentic. The only slight drawback is that the service is lacking about half the time, so I hope you'll try it on a day when the staff is in a good mood :)

We always return to Pho 14 whenever we're in Paris! The dishes are delicious, served in generous portions for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when the restaurant is full.
A little tip: arrive around 11:30 am or after 1:30 pm to avoid the wait, as reservations aren't accepted. We highly recommend this place!

Pho is delicious, the broth is amazing and you'll want to keep eating it.
The toilet is in the basement.
The indoor seating is a bit cramped.

When I'm in a hurry, I always enjoy grabbing a Banh Mi with chili for €5.40, which is excellent value for money! (The chili is optional!)

It's a bit crowded if you go in the evening. There's a wait, and the seating is quite cramped. The pho broth was a bit weaker and less sour. The portions weren't particularly generous for a man.
It felt different from other pho places in Paris.
If you don't have time to go to another authentic Vietnamese place in District 13 and are nearby, I think it's worth a visit.
