The meal was simply excellent from start to finish! The pairing of dishes with mocktails is a great idea. The option to invite vegetarians is a bonus!

On the service: impeccable and attentive, a very approachable chef who will bring your plate to you and share his passion. A lovely setting and good music.

Excellent lunch. Refined, precise, and flavorful. Perfectly balanced flavors. Generous portions. A dessert that lived up to the main courses, which is rare.
Attentive and friendly service without being intrusive.
All for €30 at lunchtime. A truly wonderful experience that's well worth the trip.

Quite frankly, this establishment deserves 5/5. Not a single flaw in any of the five courses or the side dishes, and the sommeliers were excellent.
Everything is an explosion of flavors in the mouth, with top-quality ingredients and perfectly executed combinations. Perhaps at times even too many flavors, but inventive cuisine is always a risk.
However, the restaurant's atmosphere was somewhat dampened for a few minutes by a sort of heated argument between the chef and a large table nearby. This kind of exchange should have taken place at the end of service, unfortunately.
Otherwise, from a culinary point of view, there's very little to criticize.

A perfect experience from start to finish. A five-course meal, with beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor. The chef caters to individual dietary needs; I requested a vegetarian menu which was just as sophisticated and delicious as the classic option. The portions are quite generous, allowing you to fully savor each dish and leave feeling completely satisfied.
