An incredible experience, everything was delicious, and not knowing the menu in advance was a real plus. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish, and the service was truly excellent. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful discovery! We ate at Le Pickles restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The vegetarian menu was delicious, creative, and perfectly balanced, and the fish was simply excellent, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor.

This is simply my favorite restaurant in Nantes. The cuisine is original, flavorful, perfectly executed, and daring too (serving a dessert made with parsnips or beets, I call that daring, yes). Simply a delight!

The setting was lovely, and the menu was varied. The main course, squid and greens, was very good and well-balanced. However, the starter (the pork gyozas) lacked finesse, and the pastry wasn't supple. The dessert was decent with a nice presentation, but the taste wasn't memorable. Overall, a good restaurant.

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at L’Industrie. The meal was excellent: both sophisticated and generous portions. The service was impeccable. The place is full of charm, with superb murals enhanced by perfectly coordinated decor. The overall effect is a warm and very pleasant atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease. Finally, the staff confirmed, once again, the reputation of the people of Nantes: friendly and very welcoming.

17/03/2026: In short: everything was perfect! We ate at this restaurant for our graduation ceremony with our families. There were 47 of us, and we were lucky enough to have the entire restaurant to ourselves. This allowed us to move around freely and enjoy a truly convivial atmosphere. The restaurant manager was excellent, from the organization and communication to his ability to adapt to small last-minute changes (an extra guest, a change in table layout, non-alcoholic drinks that weren't on the menu, etc.). As for the meal, the food was truly delicious and plentiful. We were offered a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €35, with three options for each person, which was a really nice touch. We absolutely had no complaints; don't hesitate to go there for a group!
