This is simply my favorite restaurant in Nantes. The cuisine is original, flavorful, perfectly executed, and daring too (serving a dessert made with parsnips or beets, I call that daring, yes). Simply a delight!

The setting was lovely, and the menu was varied. The main course, squid and greens, was very good and well-balanced. However, the starter (the pork gyozas) lacked finesse, and the pastry wasn't supple. The dessert was decent with a nice presentation, but the taste wasn't memorable. Overall, a good restaurant.

Everything is there.
On the plate: the taste, the textures, the originality, the presentation, the wines.
On the service: impeccable and attentive, a very approachable chef who will bring your plate to you and share his passion. A lovely setting and good music.
A must-try restaurant if you're in Nantes. Looking forward to the next time.

Excellent lunch. Refined, precise, and flavorful. Perfectly balanced flavors. Generous portions. A dessert that lived up to the main courses, which is rare.
Attentive and friendly service without being intrusive.
All for €30 at lunchtime. A truly wonderful experience that's well worth the trip.
