Delicious sandwich made fresh, reasonable prices, quality bread – a great find!

By far the best selection of sandwiches and salads at Gare de Lyon. The bread is good, the ingredients are high quality, and the vegetables are incredibly fresh. Please don't change a thing!

Third attempt at a sandwich today at Picto. The ingredients are fine. But the bread is a complete disaster—soggy. I should mention that it was 25°C in Paris and there wasn't a drop of humidity in the air when I bought it at 9:50 am. Sure, they make the sandwich in the kiosk, but with their backs to the customer, so you can't see anything. I'm starting to wonder if the two sandwiches we got weren't prepared in advance, or even if the bread was day-old. Please, manage your sales better or change your bread supplier! I'm still dreaming of a crispy sandwich...

Not fully awake this morning, I didn't check the salad and drink that were served versus what I ordered. In short, I didn't get what I wanted. This is the first time this has happened to me. What a disappointment! No complaints about the quality of the products.

A very warm welcome; the person who served me was very friendly and efficient despite the crowd and the rush. The sandwich was delicious and generously filled. Thank you so much for your speed and good cheer! ☺️

Today around 10:00 AM. Quality products and lovely recipes. The amount of toppings was a bit stingy. The service was quick but, above all, deplorable. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. No greeting, no response at best, they didn't repeat my order aloud, no price was announced, no thank you or goodbye. For that reason alone, I have no desire to return.

I enjoy every salad I buy! Plus, the menu changes with the seasons! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Thank you for allowing us to eat healthily!

Finally, a sandwich shop with tasty products! The sandwiches are made fresh on-site and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it. Please don't change a thing!

I agree with some of the comments about the lack of toppings; there wasn't much chicken! However, it's still good, and I go there whenever I'm at Gare de Lyon. The prices are reasonable, you have to stop complaining.
