Siempre París, siempre Gagnaire... el almuerzo aquí sigue siendo la mejor y más accesible experiencia de tres estrellas Michelin en París.
Preciosa habitación, generoso menú de almuerzo con todos los adornos, excelente carta de vinos y precio justo y un servicio perfecto. No te lo pierdas.

A sumptuous experience during our lunch at the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant. Each dish was a work of art, combining finesse and creativity. We had an incredible time, enhanced by the professionalism and kindness of Florian and Viktor, who made this meal even more special.
A big thank you to the whole team for this warm and attentive welcome. We will come back with great pleasure!

Delicious, meal of extremely refined and fragrant cuisine in a very pleasant setting, and with perfect service
However, we were seated at a slightly separate table, the seat of which was extremely uncomfortable.
We asked for cushions, but this was not enough to make sitting more pleasant and unfortunately affected the pleasure felt with this meal
I think it would be important to replace this seat

Quite disappointed with the taste. We sometimes don't find the advertised tastes, for example a dish with matcha where we don't find the flavors.
Overall no pep or strong taste, lots of taste in the very smooth and creamy style.
The cooking was exceptional.
1 à la carte dish is enough (6 small/medium variations)
1 main course and 1 starter is already very very generous
The large dessert in 9 is a dream but they are bites (fortunately because we are no longer hungry) but nothing very striking
Very friendly service
Pierre Gagnaire welcomes in person what is grateful and welcome.

The price was surprising, but I wanted to come here again.
There are a lot of bite-sized dishes lined up on your plate, and the more you chew on them, the more the taste mysteriously changes in your mouth. ? ? I ate it in that state, but it was still delicious. At the end, Mr. Pierre himself came out and I hugged him, but I was happy that he hugged me with a smile. Memories of a lifetime. It was about 100,000 yen for two people.

Already the percussion drill in the middle of the meal....for a 3* that's really good!! more than a mess...all the appetizers, starters, fish dishes and desserts were very good, worthy of a 3*, however the 2 meat dishes were not at the 3* level. .., dressage, taste, creativity were not there...in conclusion, a small 3*...the problem with 3* is that there is no 4 or 5* rating although some deserve it ...

I had the lunch menu and my experience was nothing short of spectacular! The menu was so generous and filled with small surprises. The overall experience lasted for around 2 and a half hours. The highlights for me were the oyster dish, the fish with shallots and chanterelle mushrooms and the guinea fowl. The desserts were lovely and I know they are a classic of the chef, but maybe 9 were too many? As you can see, even that is not really a complaint... Definitely recommend!

Had lunch here and it was close to perfection. And much better than my experience at Astrance the previous day
They have a la carte and 2 set menus. We had the lunch menu and it was plenty. 4 courses plus NINE desserts. The fish and guinae fowl were very good to excellent. Most of the desserts good to very good
Service typically french, more friendly if you speak french
