12/12/2024: Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes. ¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables. ¡Un lugar realmente genial!
25/09/2024: Cuando en un tour a pie, nuestro guía turístico recomendó este lugar. Nunca lo habríamos encontrado de otra manera. Lleno a explotar poco después del mediodía. Nos sentamos en una larga mesa con otros. Disfrutamos de un gran almuerzo, y haciendo nuevos amigos. Compartimos una tarta flambe y una ensalada para el almuerzo. Tienen vinos y cervezas listados en una pizarra grande. Por lo tanto, es fácil ver justo lo que estás sediento. Obtiene la señal de aprobación de Radtel.
