The shop owner gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She provided us with excellent advice for preparing our buffet. The Basque charcuterie was delicious, and the Kintoa pork was a real treat.

I'm noting the dried sausages and salami section because I buy them in the Nièvre region from a small local farm. I don't eat any other sausages or salami except these. They're always a hit at our aperitifs, whether at home or at friends' houses. The quality is exceptional. They taste like home, like the pastures, like the countryside, and above all, they're so good you'll want more! 😅
