Excellent time spent in the Aldudes. A short hike is suggested from the shop to see the different enclosures of black pigs. The landscape is magnificent, then meal at the restaurant to taste the producer's excellent products. I recommend.

We ate there today at noon, great welcome, very very good meal, we will come back when the weather is nicer to tour the farm and of course, the restaurant

A very pleasant table with a very warm welcome, very attentive service and the products mmmmmm delicious 😋 I strongly recommend booking because the address is very well known, very gourmet and so pleasant!

Lieu convivial, où vous serez reçu avec chaleur et bienveillance. Nous avons découvert le porc de race basque (le Kintoa), que je recommande. La galette de maïs au chorizo... Un délice!! Après le repas, vous pourrez découvrir où grandissent ces fameux porcs à proximité du restaurant-boutique. Nous reviendrons, nous n'avons pas tout goûté. Pau n'est qu'à 2h!!!
