I couldn't wait to try Pierre Sang's first restaurant! Sitting at the counter, facing the cooks, you have the pleasure of seeing them prepare your surprise menu: appetizer, 2 starters, main course, cheese and dessert. The evening menu changes every month. It was good and you find out at the end of each dish what your plate was made of. But disappointment for me! The experience is not individualized and you eat in a chain. All dishes are served and cleared at the same time. In addition, most of the dishes are composed of a puree and we are almost done with carrots! Even the plate is not personalized. It depends what you're looking for 😉

We had a surprise menu (6 courses). Excellent French cooking with a Korean touch. The surprise part was fun as we were guessing the ingredients and the server then informed us. The dishes were excellent with very appealing presentations. The server was great! The venue is a bit tight.

What can I say… I come from Avignon, I came 5 years ago with a friend and left with an unforgettable memory that has stayed with me until today. We are on a weekend in Paris with my boyfriend, and it was inconceivable for me not to come back and not to take him there. So I'm going to speak for both of us We took the 6-course menu, and it was absolutely crazy! For my part, it's simple, in each dish there was an ingredient that it is impossible for me to eat on a daily basis, and even ingredients that I banned from my diet altogether: I ate EVERYTHING, it was delicious. And just for that: THANK YOU! Thank you also for this pleasant moment of sharing with all the staff from the kitchen to the dining room! This restaurant confirms what I thought the first time: it is one of my TOP 3 French restaurants in which I have eaten. Signed by the Avignonnaise who doesn't like fish eggs, endives, cheese, and rice pudding. Thank you again and well done!

I loved! We had a 6 course menu. They don't tell you which one it is. They ask if there are any food intolerances. They bring the dishes and when you finish each one they ask you what you think they had. Very fun, they always surprised us with some ingredient. You dine at a bar and see how they prepare the dishes. The waiters are very friendly. The experience has been very good. Great value for money. I recommend it!

Fantastic concept. The 6-course menu was delicious and we were blown away by the value for money! Also a huge thank you to Adrian for his phenomenal service, will be our number one recommendation to any friends visiting Paris.

We were lucky enough to have the last table for two people on a Saturday evening and without reservations, around seven o'clock. The six-course menu and the wine were excellent, surprising, the service informal and smiling. The concept where you guess the ingredients and the preparation after each service works well. Small hazard: A second service is served at 9:30 p.m., which meant that towards the end, there were huge disruptions in preparing the restaurant. We especially didn't appreciate the cleaning of the table next to it with ammonia while we savored the subtle notes of the dessert.

We went there yesterday March 23, 2024 as a Christmas gift from our children. I recommend 200%> Everything was perfect++++ To do again.
