Typical Auvergne dish. (Grilled pork trotter, shank with Cantal cheese, truffade, roasted St-Nectaire). Good charcuterie. Local drink (Auvergne tea, local beer).

I highly recommend this establishment which offers very good quality at a reasonable price. In my opinion the best value for money in Clermont. All served by a friendly team which doesn't spoil anything.

26/02/2024: We chose Apicius to celebrate our commitment, and the experience was exceptional. Opting for the "Apostrophe" Menu with a selection of 5 glasses of wine to match the dishes, we had no regrets thanks to the excellent advice of the sommelier. Seasonal and local produce added a delicious dimension to our meal. The service, from start to finish, was impeccable. The staff was smiling, professional and available without being intrusive. We also enjoyed a personal greeting from Chef ZUCHMANSKI and a pleasant conversation with his remarkably kind wife. In short, a culinary experience to enjoy at least once in your life!

05/04/2024: Passing through Clermont Ferrand. I was alone and I was very well received. I wanted to taste an Auvergne specialty and I enjoyed the Pounti accompanied by truffade. Good wine from the pitcher. Fast and pleasant service. This restaurant is a little paradise in the activity zone. Perfect for eating and getting back on the road.
