An excellent restaurant in Cauterets! We had a wonderful time at Pintxoak. The food is truly homemade, generous, and full of flavor, with expertly prepared ingredients. Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert! The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly, which made the meal even more enjoyable. This restaurant is definitely worth discovering and one you'll want to return to. I highly recommend Pintxoak without hesitation! A fantastic find!

The terrace overlooking the river is very pleasant. Please note that they do not accept credit cards. Friendly and smiling staff. Not too long a wait for the food. I recommend it.

The garbure was slightly undercooked (we ate early in the meal). The tartiflette and duck confit were very good, with generous portions. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The small back terrace is lovely, sheltered from the street noise. I recommend it.
