Not a 5-star nor 1-star experience. Meals were not what I expected. The desserts however exceeded my expectation. Probably the best Classic Tiramisu I have had in Paris. The mango one was also delicious. Waiter was very nice, host as well. Just try to avoid seating people at the door with the door wide open after a rainy morning when not necessary.

The service was terrible. A restaurant like this should at least have qualified servers who know their job, are friendly, and polite. The old white waiter was very rude to us. This is the last time I'll ever set foot in César.

Excellent seafood pasta (scallops, which are quite rare in this recipe for a restaurant). Very pleased.

The pizza was very good... However, a glass of wine at €14, as expensive as the pizza itself 🍕, is simply unacceptable. So I won't be back.

25/03/2026: Honestly, a great place to grab a bite. It's nothing like the fancy Berliner Kebab with pomegranate, mango sauce, and all that other nonsense. This is a kebab shop that didn't inflate the prices. You pay €8 for your meal, you devour your kebab, and that's it. Top-notch service, top-notch kebab maker, my stomach is as full as my wallet. I highly recommend it.
