Julie's warm and welcoming service perfectly complements Christophe's meticulously crafted, subtle, and consistently creative cuisine, which embodies a joyful naturalness and brilliantly juggles every aspect: cooking, portioning, pairing, balance—everything is perfectly executed and thoughtfully considered, from the fried capers to the carrots, all brilliantly expressed in a menu where gentleness and harmony reign supreme. Even the choice of cheeses (Forestier in Sanary) and liqueurs (Parpaioun Draio in Solliès-Toucas) demonstrates excellence and consistency.
