Pizza Panino sur Besancon

13/09/2026: Unexpectedly found a perfect Japanese restaurant opposite the station. Very extensive sushi menu, noodles, and particularly delicious tartar. Well-balanced and tasty. The ambiance could be better, but it doesn't detract from the taste experience. Highly recommended.

11/09/2026: I found this place very charming and chic, and very convenient when you get off the train. You just have to cross the street and you're there. The food is perfect; the sushi and maki platters were excellent, everything was delicious. The service was also perfect. The waitress who was there that evening, September 11, 2026, was smiling, pleasant, and she was very helpful in informing us and offering her advice and suggestions for our dinner choices. The prices are reasonable, and the dining room is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. I discovered an excellent green tea, sencha, which was just as good as the meal. I could come back just for that tea. Thank you to the team for the warm welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant.
