Excellent pizzas, crispy crust, generously topped with high-quality ingredients! Remember to book ahead; we were just passing through and managed to have lunch, but you'll be more comfortable with a reservation.

We had a great meal! The pizzas are beautifully crafted, and the crust is thin and delicious. They're generous and delicious. We'll gladly return to try the rest of the menu, which, judging by the beauty of the neighbors' plates, also looks worth the detour. And despite the hubbub that fills the room when the restaurant is full, we've found our Italian in Chalon-sur-Saône!

La Traviata

22/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant during the week. The service was impeccable. The pizzas were excellent. Special mention goes to the crust, which was both crispy and soft. Furthermore, the portions were generous. We will gladly return.
