Pizz'alpes sur Embrun

A fantastic lunch at PizzAlpes. The tartiflette with Bleu du Queyras cheese was delicious, as was the French toast! The service was quick and very friendly, with a great team! The terrace is really great! I highly recommend it :)

We had a "French" pizza and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Good ingredients and a quiet location. Recommended for a dinner as a couple or with friends.

What more can I say... Ah, I know! A friendly and welcoming atmosphere, attentive service. The most important thing, of course, is what's on your plate and in your glass... A real treat! 👌 We've been coming here for years and years, and nothing changes. Perfect! 👍

The food was good, except for one dessert that was served half-frozen (this only happened once). The service was very good. However, the establishment closed at the end of August, right at the end of the season, without any sign on the storefront explaining the reason for or duration of the closure. There was also no message on the answering machine, so I made the trip for nothing. Furthermore, the opening hours and days listed on Google are incorrect. They were apparently open on Monday, as reservations were taken in front of me on Sunday for the following day. All of this is very unprofessional. They need to update their online presence to address these minor inconveniences and maintain their standard.

Mixed experience. We came as a family of five and were seated at a table for four, so it was a bit cramped. The atmosphere and service were good, but less welcoming than other similar restaurants. As for the food, the pizzas were good, the "boîte chaude" (hot box) was decent (local cheese, not Mont d'Or), and the burgers were substantial (dense bun and a good portion of chicken), but lacked toppings (onions, etc.) in my opinion. Another small detail: due to an error with our ice cream order, instead of leaving the unordered scoop, they threw it away and brought us a new one instead of just giving us the missing scoop.

We had a wonderful time with the family around a delicious meal. The food was excellent and the service was truly attentive. We go there regularly during our stays and are never disappointed. Perfect value for money. Mathieu
