Pizzeria Chez Alfonso sur Pontarlier

23/07/2026: A delightful little break after a walk up to the Grand Taureau. Originally from the region but now living abroad, I love returning to Larmont whenever I'm in the area. What a great idea it was to wait for this restaurant to open for our meal! Simple yet impeccable service, friendly waitresses, excellent food, and a pleasant terrace. We opted for a warm goat cheese salad and the Grand Taureau platter, followed by a raspberry pavlova and the minestrone (as a special), all accompanied by the suggested rosé from the Guillaume vineyard. Everything was perfect from start to finish; we'll be back, and you should too. Thank you! ☺️

22/07/2026: I was disappointed by the rösti, which, once everything was removed (ham, Gruyère, and egg), had no flavor at all. I was expecting rösti fritters... but I'll be back because the salads are perfect, and the desserts are too, not to mention the very friendly staff.
