Pizzeria La Tosca sur Blagnac

I stumbled upon this restaurant while passing through Toulouse airport. I was just looking for a dog-friendly place. As luck would have it, we had a delicious meal at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was cozy by the wood-burning stove, and the service was excellent. Next time I'm in Blagnac, I know where to eat.

A good all round Italian style restaurant, within walking distance of nearby hotels. If you are visiting for the first time, don't be fooled by the appearance from outside, the place is open, it just looks dark inside. Once inside, the staff are helpful and attentive. The food is good with their speciality being pizzas. I would avoid the pasta as it doesn't quite hit the mark. In the winter, with the fire place crackling this is a very cosy place.

The welcome could be improved, but the food is delicious. I recommend the calzone. I tried a liqueur from Aveyron and enjoyed it. The service is quite quick and friendly.

The pizzas are still as good as ever. The pizza maker is very friendly! Madam, a little smile wouldn't hurt ;-)

Regular customer when I'm in Toulouse, a very good restaurant, the pizzas are excellent.

The food wasn't too bad overall, but I was really disappointed with the service. The waiter brought me the wrong dish; I had ordered an Italian salad and they brought me a vegetarian one. I pointed this out to the waiter, who then went back to the kitchen. So far, so good, but then he brought me the same salad with a veal escalope added on top. I really don't like being treated like an idiot, especially since everything was cold and there was no apology. Anyway, I might give it another chance and change my review.

A lovely evening with colleagues. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend the pizzas, they're excellent.
