Passing through La Bourboule the weekend of July 4-5, 2026, on our way back to our accommodation, we stopped by Chalet de l'Ours. We spoke to the pizza maker, who was very pleasant and friendly. He invited us to sit down before taking our order. He was missing an ingredient for one of the pizzas we had ordered, and he told us right away and offered a substitute. The pizzas arrived, and to be honest, they were excellent! The crust was thin, not at all thick, and the toppings were just right—not too heavy, but made with quality ingredients and full of flavor! I highly recommend this restaurant, as the owner is incredibly kind and caring, especially towards children! See you soon!

A very friendly restaurant with a warm welcome from the manager, who is also the chef. Original and classic dishes, both delicious and prepared with care. I highly recommend this place 😊
