We participated in a pizza workshop with the talented and friendly Pape. We discovered that being a pizza maker is a difficult and highly technical profession that goes far beyond what we usually see. A big thank you to Pape for sharing his passion with us. We had a wonderful afternoon enjoying delicious savory and sweet pizzas prepared by Pape. Beyond the marketing, Antonio and Marco demonstrate genuine dedication and use high-quality ingredients. Thanks also to Samuel for his help and kindness.
