Everything was perfect. One small issue: we had ordered the dishes and a bottle of wine, which arrived at the time of the meal, even though we had ordered it before dinner. Anyway, we were served by a very kind lady who kept our dishes warm while we enjoyed a glass of wine as an aperitif. The Munster cheese gratin casserole was delicious. The potato pancakes with smoked salmon were beautifully presented and also very tasty.

The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and considering the waiters were busy, service didn't take long. The Monaco beer was refreshing, and overall, the Alsatian cuisine was a good experience. On the downside, the restroom had no soap or waste paper towels. This was fixed within an hour (soap was provided). Throughout our meal on the second floor, a small child screamed constantly, making it difficult to concentrate on the food. Given the high price, we weren't able to fully enjoy the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal several times during our stay. The menu offers all the traditional local dishes, and they are very well prepared. The waitstaff are truly excellent. The terrace is very pleasant. We highly recommend it.

The quality of the food, especially the Caesar salad, was decent.
Unfortunately, the wine was served closer to freezing than ideal, making it a complete disaster in terms of taste.
The service was, let's say, rather average.
We also had to wait quite a while to pay the bill.
