Today, March 7th, we went for lunch at the restaurant. Friendly welcome. Meal cost 62 euros. The egg with mushrooms starter was a real delight, delicate on the palate. Fresh frogs' legs. Bresse chicken with morels and a perfectly creamy sauce. Apparently, it's a young chef, and well, keep him, he'll bring in a crowd. It's very, very good. We'll be back and we'll spread the word. Fanny had a lovely smile and was very competent and attentive. A very good evening. Michele and Raymond, we'll be back.

A perfect evening. The service, provided by two waiters, was quick, efficient, and courteous. We chose different dishes from the set menu, which allowed us to sample the other diners' creations. The pâté was refined, the poached egg in red wine sauce delicate, and the morels generously arranged on the already much-appreciated chicken. As for dessert, the tarte Tatin and the chef's reimagined tiramisu were the perfect ending. While some customers may have had regrets about their experience, this was certainly not the case for us. We also noticed that the other diners were leaving the restaurant with smiles on their faces.

Tenderness and precision define this Valentine's Day menu. The chefs take us on a culinary journey with perfectly balanced flavors. A reasonably priced wine list and pleasant, professional service complete the experience. We had a wonderful evening!

Georges Blanc restaurant is no longer what it used to be: on the tables with their white tablecloths, you find sheets of paper to avoid soiling them… At 7 p.m., when the restaurant opened, there were already no more oysters, even though it's peak season—they were sold out by lunchtime. The foie gras was served without any accompaniment (a simple piece of foie gras with coarse salt and a pretty design on the plate). A little later, they brought us what they had forgotten to put on our plates… The frog legs were barely lukewarm, the plate being hotter than the dish itself. The enormous profiteroles were covered in chocolate that was already getting cold… You won't starve, but the former elegance is gone. That's probably why, even on Saturday evenings, it's no longer necessary to make a reservation as it used to be: there are plenty of empty seats, even on the terrace. What a shame.

Very average, one would expect much more with the name Georges Blanc....

Absolutely delicious, from appetizer to dessert. The staff were discreet and helpful, always with a smile to accompany the service. Thank you 🙏🏿
